Getting Around While in Mykonos
By Taxi
The taxi stations are on the waterfront in Chora, next to the statue of Manto Mavrogenenous and the other at Fabrika right in front of the Bus station. There are no meters and standard rates for each destination in both low and high season are displayed on a board in the square and in cards within the Taxis. Do confirm the rates with your hotel concierge desk prior to travel and dont be surprised if other fellow travellers join you en-route to your destination. Cabs are scarce and so often shared to maximise efficiency.

A few hundred meters below, at the Old Port, lays another Depot focusing on the northern destinations of Tourlos (New Port) and Agios Stefanos. The southern Bus Depot is at the town "entrance", called Fabrika and it provides regular service to: Ornos, Agios Yannis, Plati Gialos, Psarou, Paraga, and Paradise Beach.

By Boat
Small Boats exist in a number of Mykonos Beaches. Primarily from Plati Gialos beach to Paraga, Paradise, Super Paradise, Elia and Agrari beaches run every day but are sometimes suspended due to weather conditions. Boats from Ornos beach will also head to Paraga, Paradise, Super Paradise, Elia and Agrari beaches and also depend on the weather. It is a picturesque experience and travelling via water can reveal some of the island's best hidden views.
